Solicitations of Candidates
In accordance with Section 209.00593 of the Texas Property Code, the South Woodland Hills Village Community Association is soliciting candidates interested in running for the Board of Directors.  There are currently three positions open for election.  If you would like to have your name placed on the ballot for the September annual meeting, please submit your written request and include your name, e-mail, property address and a biography (150 words) about yourself to be received no later than on August 9th via one of the following methods:

Exterior Improvements
Since South Woodland Hills is a deed restricted community, all exterior changes to your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.  Complete the architectural review form and submit it for approval, prior to beginning your project improvements such as exterior painting, driveways, building additions, etc.  If you ever have any questions concerning how to complete the applications, guidelines on what is or is not an approvable project, or any other questions, please feel free to contact Sterling Association Services directly by phone at 8326784500.
