You are still responsible for payment of your invoice even if you have not received a copy of your invoice in the mail. Please email customerservice@besttrashtexas.com for an emailed copy of your invoice. Please be sure to reference the service address.
Our community has garage door service. How does that work?
For residents with garage door service, we will pickup your household trash (kitchen and bathroom trash) at your garage door. Place your trash out in trash bags and/or trash cans (between 30 and 50 gallons in size) and must be accessible and visible near your garage. We are not able to go behind gates, so please make sure your garbage is not behind a gate. All other trash, such freezer cleanouts, yard waste and heavy trash, has to be placed at the curb for collection. All trash needs to be out by 7 a.m. on your collection day.
