South Woodland Hills Pool
The South Woodland Hills swimming pool is located at 2030 Shadow Rock Drive. It is available for use for South Woodland Hills and Kingwood residents. Pool tags are required to use the pool.
Pool tags will be distributed in the South Woodland Hills Community Room on Sunday, May 5 and Sunday, May 12 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. After May 12, pool tags will be available at the Sterling office, 562 Kingwood Drive, Suite 13
If you do not pick tags up during pool registration held at the hours stated , there is a $10 fee per family for processing . We encourage you to pick up your tags at the pool during the registration dates to prevent the fee payable to the management company.
Pool tags are available to South Woodland Hills residents who are current with their community association assessments.

Pool Parties
Private Pool Parties may be scheduled at the pool this summer for the residents. Visit the website at www.crystalpoolservices.com for more information regarding the costs.Reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance and are dependent upon facility and staffing availability. Other pool programming may prohibit the usage
during certain times requested. For any questions regarding availability, please send an email to christi@crystalpoolservices.com.
Parties during regular hours of operation
Due to the high traffic through the pool facility, parties during regular hours of operation must be limited to no more than 15 people. A reservation must be made and approved by Crystal Pool Services a minimum of two weeks in advance of the party to insure that all staffing needs are met during that time.
Only one party is permitted at one time during regular hours of operation. CPS has a reservation request form on their website at www.crystalpoolservices.com for those interested in securing a date for a party during public pool hours.
There is not additional cost for the lifeguards and no preferential treatment will be made to secure tables or to allow for decorations at the pool for the parties. This arrangement for parties has been successful in the past and we hope to be able to continue to manage the parties in a manner that it is enjoyable for all the residents swimming at the facility.
Wahoo Season Gearing Up: Registration Set
Its that time of year again!!! While the official registrations have ended you can still register at the South Woodland Hills Pool starting April 23rd 2012 during Jump Start Camp 4:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Any Child between the ages of 4 years and 18 years that live in The North or South Woodland Hills are eligible to join the swim team.
Just a reminder to all, the pool will open to the public as soon as possible, on the Saturdays an event is held at the South Woodland Hills Pool.
Jump Start Camp Begins on April 23rd, 2012.
Spring practice begins April 30th and summer practice begins June 4th.
