Garbage
Each South Woodland Hills owner pays an annual garbage fee
for back door pickup. Garbage is picked up on each Monday
and Thursday. This service eliminates placing unsightly trash cans/bags
curbside.
The annual fee is due July 1st and is for service from July
1st through June 30th of the next year. You will receive
an invoice from
the association management company on behalf of the homeowners
association.
The curbside-recycling plan is a separate program and is billed
directly by Waste Management.
