Our community has garage door service. How does that work?
 
For residents with garage door service, we will pickup your household trash (kitchen and bathroom trash) at your garage door. Place your trash out in trash bags and/or trash cans (between 30 and 50 gallons in size) and must be accessible and visible near your garage. We are not able to go behind gates, so please make sure your garbage is not behind a gate. All other trash, such freezer cleanouts, yard waste and heavy trash, has to be placed at the curb for collection. All trash needs to be out by 7 a.m. on your collection day.
 
 
 
The next regular SWHVCA board meeting is at 7 pm on the second Monday of the month in the community room at 2030 Shadow Rock Dr.
The majority of neighborhood communications comes by email or mail from our management company,  Spectrum Association Management . Please register your account there to receive meeting notices, news, updates, and information about events.  The emails sent are archived on the opening page.  The website features some news and evergreen content about our neighborhood.
